Founded in the late 1600s, not much is currently known about this guild. Their emblem rarely appears entirely intact, but is spread around the world. It is sometimes found in caves, on the side of a building or ruin, and one report found it etched into the side of a tree, but it is hard to determine if this was an act of vandalism or not.
The eye in the name and the banner makes it seem as if this was a guild that had some sort of oversight.
